I am a freelance artist that tends to disappear from the face of reality quite frequently. Despite my sparseness, I assure you my main passion is in art, music, writing, and coddling my characters.

I've been a self-taught artist for around ten years now and I've been taking commission for over five. I enjoy exploring various medias ⎯ including painting, music, animation, and prose ⎯ but my primary focus is currently on digital art and design.

I attend university for Environmental Sciences and have a concentration in Conservation Biology & Biodiversity. Because of this my activity may be sparse as I try to balance my online presence and my course-load, so do keep that in mind if you wish to contact me.

✦ IMPORTANT PREFACE ✦
The time it takes to complete your commission will vary heavily. I deal with consistent mental health challenges and thus a fluctuation of motivation, as well as full-time university coursework. If you would rather a quicker or more stable turn around time, I may not be the best option for you. If you do not mind this, then please read through the following terms!
✦ [ General Commission Agreement ] ✦→ You, the commissioner or customer, agree to these terms of service when commissioning me.→ I, the artist, reserve the right to decline a person my services for any reason.→ I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork and use it in my gallery and/or as commission examples. You may request for it to not be publicly posted until a certain date or posted with anonymity for free. Requesting to keep it completely private may incur a small fee ($5-10).→ I will not use customer's character commission for personal profit (ex. selling merchandise of said artwork) unless otherwise discussed with the commissioner beforehand.→ The customer must credit me with a link to my socials (Toyhou.se, Tumblr, this website, etc.) when re-posting or uploading to external sites.→ The customer must be 18+ to order NSFW or suggestive artworks.✦✦ [ Commission Process, Turn-Around-Time, and Edits ] ✦→ First and foremost, as mentioned above, I am a full time college student so my coursework and mental well-being come first. Please keep this in mind when submitting a request. If this impacts my commission queue, a status update will be provided.→ I only work with clear references with easy to discern colors. Please have one ready before making a request along with any additional reference material such as mood-boards, palettes, personality info, and pose references.→ Deadlines and expedited processes may be discussed before starting the commission. This is an additional fee of +50% of the subtotal.→ Typical turnaround time is from 2 days to 1 month, depending on the commission type. Customers will be updated if the timeline changes.→ After confirmation and you are put into the queue, I will send an update of the initial sketch (watermarked unless paid upfront) and ask if any changes need to be made before lining. Any changes at this stage are free and it's encouraged to give me any feedback before continuing!→ The customer may request further updates, however, please note that asking too frequently may stress me out and slow down the process. I am only human and deal with a lot of stuff, but rest assured, you will get updates.→ Once the finished piece is done, I will send the full un-watermarked image through a means of the customer's choice.→ Any large changes requested after completion may incur a fee. Small changes are manageable.✦✦ [ Payment and Refunds ] ✦→ Payment is collected through ko-fi or a Paypal invoice.→ Payment is requested either fully up-front or 50% deposit before and the remaining 50% upon showing the sketch.→ Payment plans are available for commissions over $100 with a max payment window of one month.→ Full refunds are only issued if requested before or at the time of the initial sketch being shown.→ Refunds will not be issued after lining or coloring. After that point, you will receive your finished piece and I will keep the agreed payment, even if you requested a refund.→ If I cannot complete a commission for any reason, the customer will be refunded.→ Customers may NOT issue a wrongful chargeback if the work has been completed.
Doing so will result in a case being opened with Paypal and a blacklist on all platforms.✦✦ [ Customer Use Policy ] ✦→ Customers may use their commissioned artwork for personal use such as social media icons, banners, desktop/phone backgrounds, character galleries, etc.→ Again, customers may re-post my work to their social medias with proper credit.→ Customers may physically print their artwork for private display with proper credit.→ Customers may NOT remove my signature or claim the artwork as their own in any way.→ I DO NOT condone the use of my art (commissioned or otherwise) for NFTs, AI image generation training, political material, or unauthorized merchandise.✦✦ [ Commercial Use ] ✦→ Commercial use of my art (ex. stickers, postcards, social media promotion, etc.) must be discussed with me beforehand. A commercial license is an additional fee of +100% of the subtotal.
✦ [ Adoptable & Custom Design Terms ] ✦General Usage & Ownership→ If offering on a design by me, as the artist and creator, I have the right to decline the offer for any reason.→ If you have bought a design or came into ownership of one of my designs by any means (trade, raffle, etc.), then you agree to these terms of service.→ After acquiring a design you own the character rights and become the character "owner"; though you still must credit me (antag0neist) as the "creator" of the design.→ Owners may 'co-own' designs made by me.→ Owners may make minor edits to the design, change its info, and use it as you see fit within stories, worlds, etc.→ Owners may NOT use my character designs to promote political, hateful, or generally problematic content. A non-exhaustive list of this includes but is not limited to: Zoophilia, pedophilia, incest, shota/lolicon, vore, bathroom fetishes, etc.→ Owners may NOT change or edit the original artwork provided with the purchase of a design. Please leave my artwork as-is. You're more than welcome to make a more updated artwork to your visions.→ Owners may make changes to the design itself, change its gender/species/lore, and use it as you see fit within stories, worlds, etc. Just don't write them to be anything problematic, as stated above. Other than that, I have no qualms with what you do with your character.→ Owners may make alternate forms for the design, but the original design and credit must remain in-tact.→ Owners may make or own NSFW material of a design as long as they are above the age of eighteen.*→ I am usually okay with designs of mine being used for commercial purposes (streaming, merch, etc.), so I just ask that you give proper credit and link their design back to me.→ If you find yourself not able to connect with the character, more often than not I may be willing to buy it back from you.✦Payment, Bidding, and Refunds→ Depending on the price/bid placed on the design, I will allow holds or payment plans to be made.→ Generally, backing out of up-front payments is fine by me, but I tolerate backing out of holds or payment plans much less.→ I will allow others to purchase a design on behalf of another person.→ All payments after receiving the design are final.✦Redistribution & Sales→ If reselling or re-homing my designs, please link this TOS to the new owner so they know the conditions of owning my designs.→ Owners may only resell a design for less than what you originally purchased it for unless the design has acquired additional artwork for said character.→ You may "swap" or trade my designs.→ If an owner receives one of my designs for free (ex. raffle) then you may NOT sell it. You may only re-trade or re-gift it.→ * A character that has NSFW on their profile may not be given or sold to a minor. This is quite obvious but I'm putting this here just in case.
✦ [ Breaking TOS ] ✦→ Breaking any of these terms, regardless of whether it is a commission or design related breach, will result in a blacklist from receiving any of my services, including: buying or owning my designs, obtaining or commissioning any art of mine, and communicating with me on any platform.→ If you break any design terms, as the creator and artist, I have the right to revoke the authenticity of a design and officially mark it as void. It does not matter if a design was second-hand bought, raffled, or obtained for free, they will still be marked as unofficial designs.→ If reselling or giving characters to a user under my blacklist, you will be blacklisted as well.✦

May I use or repost your art?
No. Unless you contact me and I give you specific written permission to do so with credit, then this is a hard no. Artworks under a "free to use" or "f2u" label are excluded from this.
